Sweet Nothings


Every now and then, a random sport factoid thrown a man's way is sure to have him thinking "she's the one" thoughts. Here's a nice bit'o'trivia to work casually into conversation. The New Jersey Nets of the NBA are off to the worst start ever--18 losses and zero wins. This sets a team record. Apparently you can win for losing.

Here's another:

The NFL Denver Broncos defensive end Elvis Dumervil's 14 sacks are the most in a season by a player less than six-feet tall. Random, we know. Evidently short men can get the job done.
